The training to facilitate the Diversity Fresco enables participants to acquire the necessary skills to facilitate it within their organisation. Upon completing this training, they will master the key concepts and adopt the essential attitudes required to effectively lead the Diversity Fresco.

- Acquire all the concepts and notions discussed in the workshop.
- Integrate feedback to improve facilitation.
- Identify critical facilitation situations.
Profil des bénéficiaires
- This training is intended for those who wish to become facilitators of the Diversity Fresco, with prior experience participating in a workshop.
- Prior participation in a Diversity Fresco workshop is required.
Contenu de la formation

Step 1 – In-person training day for facilitating the Diversity Fresco (7 hours).
- Competency 1: Identify all critical points regarding the content and format relevant to the facilitation of the Diversity Fresco.
- Reconstruction of instructions and debriefs of mini-games.
- Differentiation of the various facilitation stances.
- Identification of inherent facilitation challenges.
- Role-play and situational exercises.
- Independent Work after Step 1: Review of a selection of educational resources and completion of a self-assessment quiz.
- Competency 2: Acquire all the concepts and notions discussed in the workshop.
- Review of a set of resources and the facilitation kit (indicative duration of 3 hours, excluding the in-person training day).
- Completion of a self-assessment questionnaire (indicative duration of 1.5 hours, excluding the in-person training day).

Step 2 – Webinar for debriefing the self-assessment quiz (1.5 hours).
- Competency 3: Integrate feedback to improve facilitation.
- Collective debriefing of quiz responses during a webinar.

Independent Work after Step 2: Co-facilitation of the first three Frescos and sharing of feedback.
- Competency 4: Identify critical facilitation situations.
- Analysis and discussion of critical situations encountered during workshops.
- Exchange of best practices and strategies to overcome challenges.
The teaching team, comprised of professionals experienced in collective intelligence, group dynamics, cooperative games, and pedagogical engineering, specialises in facilitation, consultation, and training. The training will be led by an expert in diversity and inclusion with knowledge of cognitive biases, this training employs innovative techniques to strengthen team cooperation.

- Self-assessment questionnaire and review of questions during a webinar held a few weeks after the training day.
- Peer evaluation and constructive feedback.
- Monthly webinar for addressing questions and delving deeper into concepts.
- Access to a resource space, a deck of cards for each participant, and access to the facilitation kit.

- The trainee will be capable of facilitating the Diversity Fresco.
- The certification allows trainees to facilitate the Diversity Fresco within their organisation.
